28-day returns
You can return any part within 28 days of it arriving. Please contact us first on 01952 588815, WhatsApp 07986 986060 or halesfield14@hotmail.co.uk so we can give you the return details.
- Parts should be returned in the same condition you received them, with any markings or labels left in place.
- If you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending the part back.
- If a part is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover the return cost.
Refunds
We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned part. If the whole order is returned, the original delivery charge is refunded too.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
